Mr. Muhammad Saifuddin Ahsan is an accomplished energy sector professional with over 17 years of experience in power system engineering, renewable and conventional power project planning, mega project management, and energy economics. A graduate in Mechanical Engineering from BUET and an MBA (Finance) from IBA, DU, he also holds PMP certification from PMI, USA.
Throughout his career, he has played a pivotal role in policy formulation, project execution, and strategic planning in collaboration with government ministries and agencies. He has contributed to several national initiatives, including the SDG Action Plan, Energy Efficiency Masterplan, and the Integrated Energy and Power Master Plan.
Mr. Ahsan has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and has received multiple prestigious awards from ADB, JICA, NWPGCL, and the Power Division. He also serves as an Honorary Member of the Industrial Advisory Panel at Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology.
