The certificate awarding ceremony for the 33rd batch of the 𝑷𝒐𝒔𝒕 𝑮𝒓𝒂𝒅𝒖𝒂𝒕𝒆 𝑫𝒊𝒑𝒍𝒐𝒎𝒂 𝒊𝒏 𝑯𝒖𝒎𝒂𝒏 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒄𝒆 𝑴𝒂𝒏𝒂𝒈𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 (𝑷𝑮𝑫𝑯𝑹𝑴), 6th batch of the 𝑷𝒐𝒔𝒕 𝑮𝒓𝒂𝒅𝒖𝒂𝒕𝒆 𝑫𝒊𝒑𝒍𝒐𝒎𝒂 𝒊𝒏 𝑺𝒖𝒑𝒑𝒍𝒚 𝑪𝒉𝒂𝒊𝒏 𝑴𝒂𝒏𝒂𝒈𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 (𝑷𝑮𝑫𝑺𝑪𝑴), 2nd batch of the 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐃𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐦𝐚 𝐢𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 (𝐏𝐆𝐃𝐏𝐌), and 3rd batch of the 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 program, offered by the 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐜 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 (𝐈𝐁𝐄𝐑), United International University (UIU), was held on August 15, 2025 at the UIU Campus. More than 𝟏𝟎𝟎 students participated in this special occasion, which marked a significant milestone in their academic and professional development.
Chartered Skills, BASIS Institute of Technology & Management (BITM), and HB Associates are esteemed partners of IBER and United International University in offering the Post Graduate Diplomas in Project Management and Supply Chain Management, as well as the Professional Training in Practical Accounting.
The ceremony was graced by the presence of 𝐃𝐫. 𝐌𝐝. 𝐐𝐚𝐦𝐫𝐮𝐳𝐳𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐧, Professor, School of Business & Economics (SoBE) and Director, IBER, who shared the history of IBER and highlighted the importance of PGD programs in shaping careers. 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐨𝐡𝐝 𝐇𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐫 𝐑𝐚𝐢𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐉𝐨𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫, School of Business & Economics, Former Director of IBER, and Former Visiting Senior Lecturer at University Utara Malaysia, spoke about the benefits of PGD courses in enhancing skills, fostering self-learning, and creating opportunities for professional growth.
𝐃𝐫. 𝐊𝐚𝐰𝐬𝐚𝐫 𝐀𝐡𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐝, Professor, SoBE and Director of MBA & EMBA Programs, and 𝐌𝐝. 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐨𝐟 𝐇𝐨𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐢𝐧, Head of HRM at ICDDR,B and President of IPM Bangladesh & FBHRO, discussed the history of PGD courses and shared the success stories of IBER graduates. 𝐌𝐫. 𝐀𝐛𝐮𝐥 𝐇𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐦 𝐌𝐚𝐳𝐮𝐦𝐝𝐞𝐫, Head of HR at Mirpur Ceramics and Khadim Ceramics Ltd. and former General Secretary of BSHRM, reflected on his journey with UIU and emphasized the importance of acquiring new skills for career advancement.
The event also featured 𝐌𝐫. 𝐌𝐮𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐝 𝐉. 𝐌𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐫, Founder & Chairman of HB Associates, Associate Professor of Business, and Director of FDE at the European University of Bangladesh, who spoke about quality education and professional excellence. The presence of 𝐉𝐚𝐤𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐚 𝐊𝐨𝐰𝐬𝐞𝐫, CEO and Co-founder of Chartered Skills, and 𝐌𝐝. 𝐌𝐨𝐟𝐚𝐳𝐳𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐨𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐢𝐧, Coordinator (Head in Charge), further enhanced the significance of the occasion.
The ceremony not only celebrated the academic achievements of the graduates but also reinforced IBER’s commitment to providing quality professional education that empowers students to excel in their respective fields and contribute meaningfully to the economy.
